By downloading, installing, or using MonitorUltra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

MonitorUltra is a baby monitoring application that allows you to use iOS devices as audio baby monitors. The app provides real-time audio streaming and sound detection between paired devices.

Important Safety Notice

MonitorUltra is intended as a supplementary monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of monitoring a child. The app requires:

• A stable internet connection on both devices
• Sufficient battery power on both devices
• Proper microphone permissions

Always ensure you have appropriate supervision and safety measures in place for your child. Technical issues, network problems, or device failures may prevent the app from functioning properly.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not use the app to monitor anyone without their knowledge or consent (except for your minor children)
• Keep your devices charged and connected when monitoring
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app

Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

MonitorUltra is a paid subscription app. Access to the app requires an active subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.

Prices and billing periods are shown in the App Store and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment details and cannot issue refunds or make billing adjustments. For billing issues or refund requests, contact Apple Support.

Intellectual Property

MonitorUltra and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
